Fiction Adaptation: Slow Motion Workshop
After completing our Workshop on Slow Motion I found during my edit that I had made some errors when initially filming. The main of which was filming at 25 fps which, when editing over this to include slow motion and playing with speed causes clips to jump and look worse. I realised this however in the edit stage and took it on as a lesson to make sure i check over the settings of the camera thoroughly if not once then multiple times to make sure.
What I should have done was set the recording fps to at least 50 fps so the slow motion capture would look smoother and come out in a better quality. A frustrating mistake but something I can take forward as a lesson.
Below is my attempt.
